CARLOS LEZCANO |

Carlos is entering his 18th season as a minor league manager and his fourth with Lake Elsinore. In 2007, Lezcano led the Storm to the California League Championship Series, finishing the regular season with a 74-65 overall record. In 2008, the Storm finished 71-69 under Lezcano. The Storm fell just one game short of the California League Championship Series, losing in the final game of the five-game Southern Division Championship Series. In 2009, the Storm ended the season second in the Southern Division with a 73-67 record only to lose in the first round of the California League Playoffs.
Prior to becoming the eighth manager in Storm history, Lezcano served as manager of San Diego's Rookie-level affiliate for the 2003-06 seasons, guiding the Peoria Padres to a 36-19 (.655) mark and the Arizona League Championship in 2006. For his efforts, he was honored with the 2006 Jack Krol Award for his contributions to player development.
Lezcano was signed by the Chicago Cubs in 1977 and appeared in 49 games for the Cubs during the 1980-81 seasons. |

DAVE RAJSICH |

Dave Rajsich returns as the Storm pitching coach, entering his 11th season in the Padres system and his 3rd season in the last five years with Lake Elsinore.
Prior to rejoining the Storm, Rajsich was the pitching coach for the Eugene Emeralds (2003, 2004, 2008), the then Double-A Affiliate Mobile (2000, 2001), AAA Portland (2002), and Rookie-Level Peoria (2006, 2007).

Will Sinon is in his fourth season as Lake Elsinore's athletic trainer and his 13th overall as an athletic trainer in San Diego's system. He spent the 2006 season as athletic trainer at Triple-A Portland after serving in the same capacity for the Padres Double-A Mobile affiliate from 2003-05, earning Southern League Trainer of the Year honors in 2003.
Will, his wife Amy and their two children reside in Ladera Ranch, CA.
